Rawpoint provides analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience analysis, experimentation recommendations, audits, reports, and related consulting services.
Payments
Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deliverables
Deliverables may include reports, audits, recommendations, roadmaps, presentations, and other agreed materials. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope and client responsiveness.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, refunds are available only before work has commenced.
Once analysis, research, reporting, or other project work has begun, fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after deliverables have been provided.
By purchasing a service, the client acknowledges that Rawpoint provides customized digital services and that work may begin shortly after purchase.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and any necessary access to analytics, experimentation, website, or related platforms required for the project.
Delays in providing requested information or access may affect project timelines.
No Guarantees
While Rawpoint aims to improve website performance and user experience, specific business outcomes, conversion increases, revenue growth, lead generation improvements, or other results cannot be guaranteed.
All recommendations are provided based on available information, data, and industry best practices.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project.
Rawpoint retains ownership of any templates, methodologies, frameworks, processes, and proprietary materials used in the delivery of services.
Limitation of Liability
Rawpoint's total liability for any claim arising from the use of its services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
Under no circumstances shall Rawpoint be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses.
